Flubenol premix contains flubendazole, a broad-spectrum wormer with high efficacy against all the species that commonly occur in poultry. It is the only product available on the market registered for poultry that is effective against gastro-intestinal roundworms, gapeworms and tapeworms. Its unique safety profile allows a safe and secure use in most poultry species, including the breeding stock. It has a zero withholding period for eggs and 7 days for meat.
It is simple to mix in with their daily feed (pellets/mash/crumbles) and medicated feed should be supplied as the only source of food for 7 days. Feed in a container, not on the ground.
For an average 2.5 kg laying hen eating roughly 150g of food per day, approximately 1 kg of medicated food is required for a 7 day course.
For an average 1 kg bantam eating roughly 70g of food per day, approximately 0.5 kg of medicated food is required for a 7 day course.
For chickens and geese, mix 13g (1 supplied scoop) per 21.5 kg food
For pheasants/partridge and for treating tapeworm, mix 13g (1 supplied scoop) per 11 kg food
For turkey/peafowl, mix 13g (1 supplied scoop) per 32 kg food
Food can be stored prepared for 8 weeks
